Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 72 hours for assistance. Please include photos of the damage or issues with your candle to help us with your claim. 
Returns
Because of the nature of the items, all sales are final. However, we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. 
ScentSational Flames is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address you will need to contact your local post office as we do not have any control over the postal service.
