Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Due to high temperatures, in the summer months, we ship all orders Mon-Wed. If you place an order on a Thursday, that order will not be shipped out until Monday. We do this to ensure packages are not idle over the weekend at the postal carries distribution site.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. The tracking number will update within 24-48 hours. 

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Contact cnhayden@scentationalflames.com with your order number and we'll be happy to process your cancellation.
